    Ian joined Charterfields in July 2007 to establish an office in Manchester to support the growth and expansion of the company.

    Prior to Charterfields Ian was an Executive Director with a national firm of Chartered Surveyors with responsibility for insolvency and asset realisations for the North of England.  Ian has over 20 years valuation and disposal experience.

    Prior to joining Charterfields, Matt spent 6 years working in the field of corporate insolvency and asset based lending, at a Manchester based practice of Chartered Surveyors.

    Charlotte joined Charterfields in 1996 to provide secretarial support to the team in Sheffield and to assist with asset sales and administration.

    In 2004 Charlotte left Charterfields to further her career but rejoined the firm in 2006, when the new Manchester office was established.
