  • Neil Warburton FRICS IRRV (Hons) – Managing Director

    Neil is our managing director and a founder member of Charterfields. Before life at Charterfields, Neil held partnerships and directorships with national firms of chartered surveyors, where he developed and led valuation teams in the United Kingdom and overseas.

  • Julian C Hunter BSc – Director

    Julian has over 15 years of experience in asset valuations with regional and national firms of Chartered Surveyors. 

  • Ted Miller MRICS - Associate Director

    Ted joined Charterfields at the beginning of 2008 from a leading firm of internationally based chartered surveyors.

    He has over 40 years experience in all aspects of Plant and Equipment valuation and disposal and has managed major valuation exercises throughout Europe, the Far East and the USA for major clients including MOD, GSK and News International.

  • Jonathan Morgan DipSurv – Associate Director

    Jonathan joined Charterfields 10 years ago previously having been employed in retail banking and performing a management role in an international distribution business.

    Jonathan has performed plant and equipment and property valuations across a diverse range of industries and commerce in the United Kingdom, Europe, North America and Central America.

  • Lisa Gunn - Corporate Team PA

    Lisa joined Charterfields in early 2005 having previously been employed by HSBC, where she gained over 7 years experience in administrative and secretarial support to all levels of management.

    Her current role is Office Manager and PA to the Valuations team.

    Lisa enjoys outdoor activities and fitness.

  • Alison Lewington - PA to Neil Warburton

    Alison joined Charterfields in 1995 as an administration assistant and has gained an in-depth knowledge of the business.

    Currently, and for the last few years, Alison’s role is PA to Neil Warburton, managing director, and is a core member of the team.
