Newton Galley Air Sampler
Including:-
- Unique Air Monitoring System for continuous near real time multi-enzyme detection.
- Novel Dip Strip technology providing rapid (within less than 30 minutes) and sensitive (low nanogram per mil) multi-enzyme detection.
- Products developed from the research would be of interest to detergent manufacturers, enzyme producers, bakers and bakeries etc.
- Patents obtained for Europe and a large selection of major domains via PCT.
- Peer reviewed science.
- Working prototypes of the Air Monitoring System and dip strips already developed and working.
- Ownership of the Newton Air Analysers with sales order book, maintenance, repair and replacement opportunities.
This above is an opportunity to acquire potentially highly valuable Intellectual Property which has been developed and trialled to a point at which it is close to commercial application. The rights to the Newton Air Analysers could be included with this offering or could form a separate package.
Further details, following completion of a Confidentially Agreement, will include a Business Plan for commercial exploitation of the Intellectual Property, a promotional presentation and copies of the four Patents, two of which are held by way of a worldwide licence, in perpetuity.
