The business specialises in the design and manufacture of a range of gas burners aimed primarily at the food industry.
 
The business has an excellent client base, with a high proportion of repeat business and for whom it offers both innovative design services as well as standard manufacturing of units to suit a range of branded products.
 
The business also has the substantial benefit of being an appointed reseller of a specialist advanced material enabling the production of highly efficient burner units.
 
The directors/shareholders, both of whom are close to retirement age, are seeking an exit strategy based around a sale of the business, on terms to be negotiated. In addition to the standard manufacturing assets forming part of the business, the company also owns its manufacturing premises which could form part of a sale, if required.
