This post offers an opportunity to join a national, professional, firm of valuers, supporting the Director in our London office.
The role has strong client focus, therefore it is essential that you are experienced in machinery and business asset valuation casework, preferably within the insolvency sector. Experience in asset sales, working within London/South East with responsibility for your own work load is also desirable.
You will support the Director in a general work capacity, covering valuations, sales and business development, including site and office work. Your duties will include, but not be limited to: -
Assisting with valuations of machinery and business assets
Organising and negotiating sales via private treaty
Retention of title inspections and advice to clients
Organising auction and tender sales
Business brokerage
Asset based lending valuations
Business development and marketing within London and the South East
You should be part, or wholly, RICS qualified, with excellent interpersonal, numeracy, analytical and communication skills and have a desire to provide exceptional service to our clients.
