Key members of the Charterfields valuation team accept appointments to act in the role of expert witness where cases enter litigation and are scheduled for court, tribunal or arbitration.

We are qualified to deal with a range of general practice valuation matters, including insurance cost assessments, industrial and commercial property valuation, rental valuation, machinery and equipment valuations, and dilapidations.

Our reports assist in matters of which the witness has expertise, and at all times comply with the Civil Procedure Rules.
