David heads up our property team in Manchester which deals with all aspects of property including handling the acquisition and disposal of commercial property and providing consultancy advice in matters such as valuation, rent reviews, lease renewals and rating. Prior to joining David has worked for both national and international practices. He has acted in the property industry for over 20 years and has a wide and diverse experience having dealt with property over the UK across most market sectors. He has particular knowledge of the industrial sector and specifically distribution centres. Away from the office, David enjoys spending time with his family and whenever possible riding his motorbike in the Peak District.
