Julian has over 15 years of experience in asset valuations with regional and national firms of Chartered Surveyors. As a member of the Corporate Valuation Division, he specializes in the valuation of plant and equipment and has carried out assignments in a diverse range of industries throughout the world. Valuation advice has been provided for insurance, balance sheet, privatisation and/or joint venture and other financial purposes. Additionally, he has had extensive experience in asset reconciliation and fixed asset maintenance systems.
